The export version of the IS010 and the
IS260 has been deployed. The export reports
are located on the Integrated System under
reports/Clinical Report Exports. There are
instructions in PDF format located under
the links section on this page.
Note: Please be aware
for reports IS010, IS260, IS801 and IS803
the service date and the submit date input
parameters can not be left blank when
the reports are run. Both the Service
Date and the Submit Date are required
parameters; if either of the two parameters
are left blank the report will show no
data. When a Submit Date is entered be
aware that if your data has been submitted
after the service dates this must be reflected
in the submit date you use or the report
will show no data.
