If you need assistance understanding how to use reports, you can always call Provider Relations at 213-738-3311. The basic information on all reports is in the FFS Reports Manual, and if you want to understand what the fields in each report mean, Download the Data Dictionary (Revised 3/24/2005) You can also visit our Reports Workgroup Website for information on their work. They meet on the first Monday of every month at 10AM in the 3rd Floor Conference room at 3160 West 6th Street. Check that website for more details.
