End User Support Profile
Rosie Galaviz has been working in Mental Health for 22 years: first at El Centro MHC, and for the last 7 years at DMH. She enjoyed working with clients at El Centro, and now she likes talking to users about the IS. She's here to work with you to make the system go smoother, and she urges users to be patient! When she's not helping you fix IS problems, Rosie enjoys gardening and music.
This is Your End User Support Team! END USER SUPPORT is the second tier Help Desk staff responsible for getting you the answers to your IS questions! Your Help Desk call will be routed to them if the issue can't be answered by regular Help Desk workers.
