End User Support Profile
Odre Miller has worked at DMH for four years. He's done several jobs at our CIOB (including Help Desk) and was a journalism student before coming to the department. He really enjoys talking to users on the phone, and he likes problem solving. Odre says his job is fun--and that if it turns into a job he'll know it's time to leave! His advice to users is to check out the website and read the Alerts and Notices screen. Away from DMH he's a big time wrestling fan and enjoys music.
This is Your End User Support Team! END USER SUPPORT is the second tier Help Desk staff responsible for getting you the answers to your IS questions! Your Help Desk call will be routed to them if the issue can't be answered by regular Help Desk workers.
