End User Support Profile

Mernilo "Nilo" Liwag worked in the insurance industry for 15 years before coming to DMH a couple of years ago. He also spent 4 years at the VA as a computer analyst, and says that his favorite thing about his job is knowing he's got a satisified customer at the end of a call. Nilo reccommends keeping notes or a log on what you learn about IS, and he says ISChat is a great place to pick up tips. When he's not working Nilo has three hobbies: golf, golf, and golf!
