End User Support Profile
Neisha Casasola has worked at the Department of Mental Health for 20 years. For her first ten years she worked entering data through the MHMIS, and in 1996 she came to End User Support. In addition to providing support to users, Neisha enjoys doing the testing on new builds of the IS. Her advice to users to attend the free trainings we offer. In her spare time Neisha likes to crochet and garden.
This is Your End User Support Team! END USER SUPPORT is the second tier Help Desk staff responsible for getting you the answers to your IS questions! Your Help Desk call will be routed to them if the issue can't be answered by regular Help Desk workers.
