End User Support Profile
Ivan Hernandez, a seven year veteran of the Department, worked at Hollywood Mental Health before coming to End User Support. He enjoys talking with users and helping solve problems, and only asks that users are patient with EUS and the Integrated System! He has two pieces of advice for users...make sure you attend at least one training session, and take your time when doing claims. When not answering your IS questions, Ivan likes to play tennis, ride his mountain bike, and collect movies and music.
This is Your End User Support Team! END USER SUPPORT is the second tier Help Desk staff responsible for getting you the answers to your IS questions! Your Help Desk call will be routed to them if the issue can't be answered by regular Help Desk workers.
