End User Support Profile
Elaine Cutno is a 20-year veteran of DMH who worked at DPSS before joing us. She started as an ITC helping DPSS eligibility workers, and today she is a key member of EUS. She really loves solving problems, and appreciates the positive feedback she gets from the many users she works with. Elaine says that the IS Website is key to learning how to bill more effectively: make sure you check it often! Elaine is an avid reader in her spare time.
This is Your End User Support Team! END USER SUPPORT is the second tier Help Desk staff responsible for getting you the answers to your IS questions! Your Help Desk call will be routed to them if the issue can't be answered by regular Help Desk workers.
