We have now completed the grandfathering process to approve your Attending Staff for Designation to initiate 5150 applications to your facility. By now you should have received a current status report, which outlines any remaining issues, categorized as "incomplete" for your applicants. These issues need to be resolved immediately in order of those applicants to be approved to initiate 5150 applications to your facility.
